The patch notes say that it was never a news ticker thing, that was basically just a coincidence that people saw it working while off.
Let me be clear on this , If you are a leader of a faction or an officers .. you have billions of dollars your members in the bank . would you be more careful to look at the amount you give? if you cant do that 1 simple thing as in input a number that a child can do . they how do you lead ? then you broadcast it like its a miracle that person gave it back ?

Well, I wouldn't join a faction where they can't handle their vault.
I understand your frustration with the repeated mistakes that have been made by factions in regards to giving money to its members. It is important for any faction to have proper procedures in place to ensure that these types of errors do not occur frequently. However, it is also important to remember that mistakes can happen and it is how they are handled that truly shows the integrity of the faction and its members. It is not fair to make assumptions about the entire faction based on the actions of a few individuals. It is important to approach this situation with an open mind and give the faction an opportunity to address and rectify the situation.
