    This must be due to the item being on the item market, as the other cases can't cause this. Considering that this doesn't really cause any trouble, I'm inclined to leave this how it is - as the new item …

    These should not appear on the Home page personal perks if they are in an active Trade, player's Bazaar or listed on Item market. Passing along to Joe. Thanks!

No worries, it does show up in the home page personal perks, but it correctly doesn't have any effect active in the crime. So it's just a minor display bug.

This must be due to the item being on the item market, as the other cases can't cause this. Considering that this doesn't really cause any trouble, I'm inclined to leave this how it is - as the new item market will automatically resolve this anyway when that's released. Thanks!
