I have flown to Cayman, got mugged and logically went to hospital. Due to my job, I can fly back while being in hospital. I flew back to Torn, and again flew back to Caymans expecting to be alive and able to attack a player for my mission. But instead when I got back to Caymans, I got automatically sent back to hospital for the mugging already mentioned. So for one mugging 2 times in the hospital?

When you got mugged and traveled back to Torn, you had hospital time of 36 mins and a travel time of 24 mins. When you landed in Torn, you still needed to serve those 12 mins of hospital time before you were allowed to travel back to Caymans. Meaning you did not take a flight back to Caymans immediately after landing in Torn. You were not in the hospital in Cayman, you were in Hospital in Torn. There was no teleportation.
