To allow everyone to become accustomed to Torn, and for us to finish off our internal bug reports, we’ll be closing the bug reporting forum for the first week or so. This should allow everyone to achieve a decent understanding of the whole RESPO process before making bug reports on the fly.
Of course, serious game-breaking issues, problems which restrict play, or exploits, should be reported to Heather who will forward them on to us. You can message her in game at -Clansdancer [65306] or email her at heather@torn.com.
We will open up the bug reporting forums when all developers are ready, and we can begin perfecting everything. With a whole team behind us, fixes will be almost instant.
If you do find small issues or annoyances, we’d be very grateful if you remember them or note them down somewhere - and make reports once the bug reporting forum is open.
We will be setting aside a very large pot of points to reward users who come forward with possible exploits which could cause harm to the game. Up to 10,000 points will be credited to users based on the severity and threat level. As with any massive update like this, where almost everything has been re-coded, there are most likely going to be flaws in some areas. We ask you to not risk your account by abusing them, and instead be heavily rewarded for coming forward.
You can report serious exploits very simply, the same way as bugs will be reported - by contacting Heather.
