I can not find where to claim. Am I missing it, or is this an issue?

Only ones we should be able to claim on...
I'd advise against warring for now until the majority of bugs in the faction system have been stamped out!

Yeah you gain % and respect towards victory, but once you reach 100% you can't claim.

Having said that, we've just reached 101.54% in one of our wars haha
Let's see if we can go any further than 101%...
