On the PC... maybe not. But there is a new mobile that comes up when on my phone.
I'm not sure tbh
looks like friend/black list gone, casino hof gone, cannot for the life of me find people let alone attack them. Might just be buried under the over abundance of everything? Hell, I might be on torn mobile now?
Imagine it'll be streamlined in the coming weeks As it's tweaked. Hang in there plod on etc!
Friends list shows for me at the bottom on the left panel...
Maybe since you are not a donator they changed it so you HAVE to be a current donator now.
Im not a donator and friends/enemies is under things like faction in the bar on the left for me
