why change it?
were they supposed to change? i assume your talking bout job specials? if so this was just the start of updates, they havent even implemented any of the major changes besides the layout, the attacking, companies, missions etc will come later after they have fixed the bugs with the layout.
what is the point of this update?
The point was to recode the game to make it run better. There was a lot of redundant code, with bits just being bolted on over and over again making it worse as time went by.
Companies aren't updated yet. If anything will be changed it has not yet happened.
If you thought that the entire purpose of this many years long update was to change some company specials then I think you've got some catching up to do...

I can not do company specails
there are a few bugs, for example sometimes when I do a crime it wont load to the result screen, it justcircles round and round, they will be fixed soon though
