Why can't I place a bounty directly from the player's profile? And why can't I place multiple bounties on the same player at the same time?

This! 100% this, I just bountied someone like 6x instead of 10 because it was so slow, click GD and this is the first thread I see :P
Sounds like a bug and you were asked not to post bugs at the moment.
