As we all know that when we attack in wars we get respect and same faction. So when we do an OC successfully the faction gets respect but why not the members who take part in it. As to do an OC it takes hard work and so the faction members who complete the oc they should gain the respect they deserve. The respect gained by each member will be equal to the total respect gained in the oc divided by total no. of members in it. For eg. when we do an oc and get 8 respect for it and if there are 3members each will get 2respect.

I think more and more people will take initiative to do an oc then. And we will get 2nd way to earn the respect.

i agree with this idea woudl eb another way to gainrespect stat without warring for those who don't like warring.

however you say "to do an OC it takes hard work". Really? You don't reallly need to do anything, faction authority selects you clicks start clicks finish and that's it you don't do anything at all. Except that you may need to get out of hospital if it fails. (Not including jail cause you get busted instantly anyway :P)
