I know I have to message a member of staff, but as i can imagine they're very busy around now, what position would be best to ask to have an inactive persons name changed so i can have it?

Moderators and above can change names, so if you're after a less busy staff then a moderator (blue name) would be your best bet. You can request a name change if the user is 90 days inactive or more.

My guess would be a Secretary with the competences of Ensuring Player Security/Well Being. But not realy sure.
