Is it possible to save up enough army job points and use it all to train it so that you can gain more than 1.5k stats in def. per army job point?

Is it possible to save up enough army job points and use it all to train it so that you can gain more than 1.5k stats in def. per army job point?
I traded 1000 army points for a lot of defense, pal.
I'm not saying how much, but it was way over 150k.
