The 'deep web' is what people think they're accessing through TOR and the deep web wiki but since the news hype about the silk road it a lot more popular so drug dealing online is now a lot less possible. The real deep is mostly just strings of incomprehensible code that very few people can understand, and even fewer people can see a purpose in it.
The deep web isn't all it's cracked up to be unless you know someone who knows something or you are relentless on what you are looking for. The deep web is quite limitless but also has a lot of dead networks inside.
Just pop that Tor on Tails OS with a VPN on your neighbor's connection and have some fun.

I've hung out on the Deep Web before and it wasn't too amazing. Just a lot of weird stuff. If you want someone who can't be found through Google or other transparent means, you go there. But they also have a big library. It's pretty.

NSA was trying to find vulnerabilities. Who knows what they've actually found.
The deep web is not a fun place if you have been on it you will know what I mean
