I am trying to call of an engagement but it's not working. It says I have called it off but every time I go to my profile I'm still engaged!

In a case like this I would consider contacting a secretary or other staff member. If it's a bug they will tell you they know about it. If it's not and they know how to fix it, well your problem will be solved ;)
