Arson with a 20 nerve bar, are you kidding? Pickpocketing or armed robbery is much more on that level :/ At a 25-30 nerve bar should you start to be on a ready level for arson.

Oops. Listen to Bogie, he knows much more than me. Armed robbery shouldn't be a problem. I honestly don't know how Bogie remembers everything.
Look on TCBasic.com for an in-depth guide. If you go off piste, it can take a long time to rectify your mistakes.
