You've had enough alcohol for now. You'll have to wait 24:26:0 before you can drink another.

actually, i'll have to wait 0:26:0 before using another booster (beer in this particular example).

It's ok with drugs, as you need to wait until after effects fully wear off.

This notification is supposed to tell the user when they're next able to use another 'booster' item. I.e. if their cooldown is 24:26:00 - Then they only have to wait 00:26:00.

Also, would be nice to add leading zeros e.t.c. to correct time format.
