yeah the personal perks box shows my first few perks but it wont let me scroll on it, i know i have many more perks
EDIT: now it works, hmm not sure if it was a one time thing or just happens sometimes, i'll update if the problem comes back

I am having the same issue today with mine. It shows the first 5 perks for the faction I am in. I am not able to scroll down and view any others though.
EDIT: Also, for further information, the personal perks box is now automatically minimised, despite me leaving it open. I am not sure if the two are related.
EDIT: Ignore me. After a few hours of not working, it seems to have fixed itself just after posting this.
