Chromium browser, Windows 7.

This is more an issue/omission in the programming than a bug.
When using a FHC the only option you get is Close. It should really offer you the option of Gym and War base like using points to refill your energy does.
They both do exactly the same, give you 150 energy and can't be stacked on top of energy. So 9 times out of 10 they are used to either rush to the gym or war base.

So has the option for Gym / War base been forgotten or overlooked? If it hasn't, would it be added?

As far as i know the option has never been there for fhcs, if it was it would have to be added for all energy boosters. This is not a bug. You could try posting it in suggestions, and see what happens, if anything.
