We cannot complete this request because one of your IP's are too close to the person you are trying to interact with. This is a warning message to prevent you from being banned. Using more than one TC account to better yourself is against the rules. Doing this or committing acts which may look like you're doing this, may result in a federal jailing.

I do not live with my gf and should be able to send her stuff. It gave me a same IP error. FIX IT!!!

You will get this message if you have ever used the same IP. For example, if you have logged on while at your girlfriends house. This IP ban will drop if you do not share the same IP for 3 months.

This is really annoying. That's like saying you can't use your phone at your girlfriends house for 3 months

It's actually not saying that though is it? It's saying by all means use your phone anywhere, but you just can't send cash, items etc to the persons network you used. Not using their network for a while will result in your ips being unblocked. I'm sure anyone can see how this could be exploited if it was not in place.
