You don't have to do anything...
Just be active, don't take drugs and get paid :P
Depends on the company really...usually the owner will expect you to keep a high star rating (4 or 5). Your rating will go down if you take drugs or lose your 'Happy'.
You need to login everyday,if you take drug,make sure you rehab if your work star drop to 4(assume you got 5 star rating)
where can i see my star rating? anyways, thanks to all of you. very good information for me :)
From left sidebar - click on job - look for 'employee' tab,click on it you can see your star rating.
