Have you checked "last games" section? You can find actual info about your last bets. This looks like a local bug with javascript - this can affect on game result.
it doesn't show on last games,it might be because it showed as an error,the ball landed in 0 and when it should show the money won it showed letters of text instead

If server processed your bet it must be in "last games". In other case it wasn't processed and you didn't lost anything.

If bet money was deducted, you should see it in "last games". I checked your logs and found a single aoutcome with zero, but this was few months ago.

I see a single outcome with "0" here (as I wrote before) - but this was at March? Or you mean some other game (if yes, please tell, what exact, I will check the logs).

hi it was another game not the one from march, it happened on the day i made this post i posted right after it happened
As I already wrote, I found only one outcome with zero.
look i don't think you understand,it glitched and didn't work properly that's why it isn't showing so i didn't get my winnings, ive accepted i wont get this money back but thanks anyway

If it's not in logs this simply mean, that the game was actually not played (and there was no money deduction). Your money title was changed by client javascript, but the actual value was not changed.
