I upgraded my factions boosters, it even said it in main news in "my faction" but i cant donate anything? Why cant it?

The donations page is blank even when you have boosters (See http://www.torn.com/wiki/Item_Cooldowns) in your items? You haven't yet been in the faction for 3 days and so cannot donate to it. (That's still a thing, right?)

You haven't yet been in the faction for 3 days and so cannot donate to it.

i cant screenshot here bogie, so to donate to armoury, do i just upgrade boosters to donate cans?
