how you start gaining through hosping or streetside
Iv just started myself but it seems to be based off of how many times you use it, each hit gaining x amount of experience
edit- to be clearer i dont think it matters on end result of fight. I was running away from fights but hitting with a pillow 10x per fight to get crits and my pillow is half maxed
so how does the experience of the weapon affect its actual damage, or does it?
The weapon exp increases both the damage and accuracy of the weapon - and it's a noticeable increase as well from what I've observed in the past as I've built up exp in different weapons.
As Butters said, it's worth the grind. Find a weapon that fits your stats build, and stick with it.
You need to do 1000 attacks to fully level your weapon that is each swing of the knife not attack some one 1000 times.

You have to unlock it first by doing classes, but when u do its in items under the weapons u have equip
