Ive been looking through the forums but i cannot find anything that answers my question.

Why does the modifier in high / low change?

is it as you get more experienced it goes lower? is it random?
mine just seems to keep going down from 31 > 30 > 29 > 28

yer ive noticed the same which is crap really,no point playing hi/low unless the modifier is atleast 30%.but then again we knew they would re tweak it without telling anyone once they had sucked in enough people to play it

The modifier will increase when the day before there has been a substantial amount of money removed from Torn via the casino and it will decrease if Torn is loosing and that way the winnings will not be as much and Torn will have a chance to remove more money.
