Went to make a bet on SPA Barcelona v Athletic Bilbao of 19 million - got half through the process and computer froze. Had to restart the computer and the 19 million is gone and no bet made. Want my money back.

What's the point of reporting "bugs" when nothing is done to correct the problem?
This is just a guess, but that bet may have closed just after your bet went thru and is now not viewable.
It shows all your bets that are made.... doesn't show that for me.

I am saying that its possible, that you placed the bet just as it was closing. Once a bet closes, it will become non-viewable till its paid. Its a well known situation we gamblers have complained about many times and are hoping will change.
It certainly would answer this threads questions now wouldn't it ?

I posted 3 NFL O/U bets and the money was withdrawn, but I see no active bets in the Bookie.
Fixed.
@OJ you placed 4 bets in the bookie and they are all active, theres just a small bug in the bookie right now that means bets dont show in "your bets" after the bets close, this should be fixed soon hopefully.

You need to recieve an event like in the "old" days before respo, or a log to see which bets are made through time.
