there is times when I attack someone and the screen will sit there and not go to attacking and then it will say your target managed to escape im just wondering what is up with that because that's a loss of e for me??

You'll see this if your target goes to jail or travels during your attack. Have you confirmed this is not happening?
yes it is not happening target it offline and it does it i ran out of vicodin usage and out of 50 e
so nothing?
Could you tell us what device and browser you're using please?
I am using my Compaq laptop and internet explorer
can you try another browser, like firefox or chrome?
