I believe it's based on the track, check the stats and look at the times set in your class and that should be the best car for the track :)
the best class D car is the Honda accord. Im just basing this on current records. If you check all class D records the Accord currently holds about 70% of all track records. Mind you there are many factors to consider here (upgrades, driver skill etc). Honda Accord seems to be the overall winner.
I had great luck with a Honda Accord and a few handling upgrades.
I actually did pretty good in the Toyota mr2
yeah I would say the mr2 is a good choice, won half of all my races in it.
