I just noticed that it's raining on the log in screen.
Couple of questions for those with a keener eye than me, what other weather conditions have you seen? (or does it always rain?) Is there any effect in game if/when the weather changes?
Weather in Torn.

Today I would say it's the tears of everyone who can't post on the forums or reply to emails....
Mobile is broken for me, but others in my faction can't do it on PC either.

If the rain falls, why are the boats and helicopters not moving?
The'yre magic planes and boats
The rain on the main screen has no actual effect on gameplay, whatever the current weather scene, it's just for added effect
