I've win a race and came first but didn't get my 3 racing points nor an event was created.

Was it an official race or a custom race? You only get points for official races...

According to logs your last race at 5/10 was at 16:51:28, and you got 3 points. Also, according to logs you earned total 25 points, and this is what I actually see in DB.
