This could take a hell of a lot of work to collate all that information and even after all that, how many people will actually care to read them? I mean thousands of players have come and gone (many multis i reckon) and most probably wouldn't have any real game related 'accomplishments' to their name. So tbh I cant really see this being implemented.
There is a place in the city which has a 'fallen players' section dedicated to those who, unfortunately, lost their lives. I think this is a touching tribute and deems a cemetery unjust. (will post the link below shortly).

How about turning the cemetery idea into a Fallen Memorial, which does the same thing the fallen link does. It would be cool.
