He removed it since he is revamping Missions.

I assume it was taken away (temporary), because there was a mission you had to accomplish to unlock the edu course...

how do you get the dual weapons now with the new mission system ?

I suppose they potentially show up as a Mission reward for a player in the current system, but they'd be worth a fortune in Mission Credits. Maybe they're not even if the pool of potential items. Now the best place to get them is the Item Market.

Please don't guess at things like this as it gives less knowledgeable players false hope.

New dual melee weapons absolutely do not appear anywhere at the moment - not as mission items, not as city finds, not even as a reward for job specials.

The creation of dual melee weapons was dependent on the stats of the player at the time when the now (removed) dual wield course was finished - that course is now gone and the ability for new dual melee weapons to be created disappeared with it.

The ability to obtain a new set of dual melee weapons may return at some point in the future, but there is currently no game mechanic for doing so in torn.

So if you want to get a pair, you have to buy it from other players?

If I did not complete the Dual Wielding Course, will I be able to use any dual weapons?

You can still use dual weapons without doing the education

lots of good info above jus tthought i'd add before you think about using them consider the cost/stat ratio, there are plenty of less expensive single wield weapons with better stats

Not necessarily better stats, but comparable ones yes.

A good DBK or set of Kodachis will be competitive with dual melees (a little more accurate, a little less damage).
