Could someone please tell me what is the definition of a "Critical Hit"? I have noticed that the count does not always increase when you win an attack.

Any hit in the head, throat and heart would be classed as a critical hit...I think all those ones are correct

nope, it's just head, throat and heart. Some may define groin and chest as crits but no, they don't add to the count in pstats so they are not

I'm yet to meet anyone who calls a chest shot a crit, seeing as most armour only covers the chest a shot to the chest is usually lower damage than arms or legs... Until next week at least

There are two Biology courses that you may also want to consider if you haven't taken them already
1) Fundamentals of Neurobiology (10% damage increase when hitting the neck)
2) Anatomy (5% chance increase of getting a crit hit)
a critical hit must hit one of those locations, AND cause damage... if you hit someone in the head for 0 damage, that does not count as a critical hit.
