Where do i go to start a company?
You need to visit the newspaper > Job Listing > find the company you want and at the top of the list of all those specific companies you can start one up.
I wouldn't do it though companies are a waste of money -- also you can't you need to be level 10.
go to the newspaper, job listing, choose the type of company you want and open the company page by pressing 'Find jobs'. There on that page on your top right you can start the company of that type.
