I have been trying for days on end to get my chat functions back! I am running Firefox browser. I've cleared my cache, I even ran an entire Ccleaner program. I have followed every suggestion on the forums.... all to no avail. I really miss being able to socialize with my faction and my company...and unable to chat with any of my friends!

If you ran CCleaner you likely have more computer issues than missing chat tabs, CCleaner does more harm than good and it's the last thing any computer support person wants to hear.

Anyways, on to the chat tabs issue, I replied to your pm and posted in the other thread.

There is no chat tab at the bottom of the screen... no clue why...I have a year old dell laptop that runs great and has no issues... i ran ccleaner on a whim and only had it tabed to clear caches so it didnt really do much of anything and hasnt effected my performance in any way that I can tell.... the only problem I am having at all is that my chat functions are gone.... and evidently my chat tab is not showing for some crazy reason

DeviantDee, have you tried logging out, completely shutting down your browser, and completely rebooting your computer?
I don't know if this will help with your particular problem or not, but often times it does help with different glitches, and just maybe it might help with this one. Anyways, it's worth a try. Otherwise, between trying that and clearing your cache, if neither worked, then yeah, it's probably a bug in the code.
