Recently I tried to marriage another player in torn and it simply doesen't work, went to my items jewelry chose a ring added the id and clicked ok, no confirmation and whatsoever and the other player doesen't receives any event either.
I don't have any pending marriage proposal neither the other player.
And none of us is married.

Tested on Chromium (OS X), Firefox (W7), Iphone and HTC.

And thats it.

The same thing is happening to me. None of my proposals are doing anything.
