Skyes won $219,000,000 with the hand: Pair of Aces
RC_DriftzZ won $187,000,000 with the hand: Pair of Jacks
This happened after a lot of people went all in including me when i had queens ( i put 48m all in ) . i had a better hand / kicker than the person who won 187m .
Here are the table details , hopethis is resolved...

by the way you wrote it it just looks like skyes had you covered if skyes had 48m in the pot as well and RC driftzz had more then skyes in the pot

a pot of 406m 48m is covered by multiple people the second place hand simply covered over skyes and the other players

although this could be just the lack of details you wrote in the hand it could vary well be a improper split it dose happen.

if that's the case im sure they will refund you cant tell for sure without knowing the amount that skyes and RC went in for

basically if skyes put more money into the pot then you then you simply lost the hand

considering that there were only 6 people at the table even if they all went all in 219m/6 is 36.5m each would be the main pot
and if only 4 were in the hand each player would have 54.75mish in the pot

its unlikely that you are owed cash and if you are it be a vary small amount theirs not much room for your 48m to make money from the side-pot where the smallest possible amount skyes had in the pot was 35.5m so if 6 people went in and you had 48m in

if you had the most in chips to start with (witch is impossible cuz the pot was 406m) and you put in for 48m the most you possibly could have won would be 14.5m + your 48m back back so you would have had 62.5m but that is a impossible scenario when you consider the pot size

According to logs you only had 48mil in the pot, and main winner had 88mil, so you lost to him. Second winner just got a side pot part back. It's not a bug.
