I know that 90% of all OCs have the person with the most CE to least listed. PAs are one of the ones that don't follow the 'rules'. I would appreciate it if someone would let me know the ranking of the following OC result with Players A - D.

On the streets below, Player B and Player C wait with their engines running.
The Senator approaches with his motorcade. Player D radios in the team to prepare.
Player B drives a truck across in front of the convoy. The Senator's car tries to backtrack Player C quickly blocks its escape.
With a stationary target Player A steadies the rifle, and lines the crosshair up with the Senator's head.
BANG! One shot is fired, the bullet pierces the front window and enters the Senator's head. His body slumps lifelessly.
The team quickly evacuates during the mass confusion. A payment of from a mysterious source is later finalized.
