Do wars auto-resolve if no one gains 100%, or will it go on till one faction actually wins? I can't quite find anything in the wikia.

if you dont make an attack in the war for like 24 hours the war will time out
So, it could go on indefinitely in stalemate, as long as there are fighters still throwing punches?
There's a few things that need to be followed. Take the faction with the lower number of members, and there needs to be half that number of hits every day, on average. Or if there's no hits for 3 days, then it ends also.
