just bought a new 4* flower shop...i've some friends willing to help me...they have enough stat and would work for free...so if i make a decent profit but set their wage to $0 will it have a negative impact?
also i need some advice on how to increase effectiveness and popularity...

Popularity is just a comparison of your shop's revenue compared to the top store in your kind of store. So no real way to raise it without raising your sales in comparison to the rest of your competition.
For effectiveness, just make sure that your employees are drug free, logging on daily, and have stats that are sufficient for their positions. Simple as that.
what about the pay?will it be a problem if i pay them $0?

How to raise Pop
- It depends on other company. I mean their ads budget.
