I level held for awail then went from 15 to 30 and only received 4 merits ?

I level held for awail then went from 15 to 30 and only received 4 merits ?
how many did you think you would get?
Remember you don't get a merit for each level..
So you got a merit for Level's 20, 25, 30 and then a merit for Rank when you past 26...
That's 4 merits, and exactly what you should have gotten.
If you have enough for another level, 31 is also a rank trigger and you can get a 5th merit.
