Did you quit playing Torn for a couple years?

You get points by turning in sets of items at the museum. You can turn in Plushies, Flowers, and various artifacts found randomly in the City.

You also get points for using Donator Packs.

You can also buy them from them the Points Market which is located under the City listings

....and the Pawn Shop crime, but thats a bit chancy

This is a bit out there but if you plan to play properly I'd suggest starting a new account, that amount of game time will likely bother you if you start playing a lot haha.
