I am assuming the perk of +2% extra provided by shooting range is only for primary and secondary weapons.
What do you think? Is it also applicable to melee weapons?

I'd say most likely primary and secondary but as we all know torn works in mysterious ways
If it doesn't state otherwise, it applies to all.
I'm with Ohadik on this one I assume it applies to all damage.
