You mean when you trained Englishblack, Flamey_Killer, Give0Fuqs, Kingjosh and LeahKiller around 22:00 on 20/12/14 and looked at their working stats you didn't notice the number move?
You understand that "k" is thousands and when you train them they get 50+25 (ish) gain, so you won't often see the number beside the k jump. For example, if someone has 26200 and it shows as "26k" then after training them they have 26250 it will still show as "26k".
