Is there a way to get chat on tablets?
Also on tablets I noticed its hard to scroll down on enemy factions, there a easier way?

Try downloading Chrome - On my HTC One I can get chats on Chrome
It's interesting, I can get chats on my phone only on the default android browser, with chrome i don't.
It's just buggy on mobile clients. Try some browsers til you find one that works for you.
