Is there a training cap at 20,530.1234 per 10e (George's Gym active)?
If yes, a better gym (eg 8/10 for a stat) may give more than 2,5Xcap (2,5 because of 25e per train)?

Your exponential gains stop at 50m on the stat. This is the point where your stats being higher no longer affects your gains. Other modifiers such as happiness, gym, steadfast or educational bonuses still make a difference though.

Your exponential gains stop at 50m on the stat. This is the point where your stats being higher no longer affects your gains. Other modifiers such as happiness, gym, steadfast or educational bonuses still make a difference though.
