You can purchase one from a player, look in the company forums. Or purchase a new one. Click newspaper, job listings, search teh company you want, click it, the go to the bottom of the page and create.
Make sure you read the link above about companies before jumping in and starting one. They take a lot of work. Read up on it using the wiki and company forums.
