If I can program a virus with my laptop, why do I need a personal computer to perform the 9 Nerve Crime?
From a financial point, the laptop is much more expensive than the PC. And from the storybook point, wouldn't you be less likely to be caught using random wifi somewhere instead of working from your home pc?
My suggestion is to allow the laptop to perform Virus Crimes since you can create the viruses from it already.
laptop can also do everything a PC does = Great Idea = R +
