attack anyone you want click [ignore] on any crying mails. you should be training when you are new it is no good having tiny stats forever.

Attack randoms it's fine it's the point of the game but I wouldn't really hosp them

You should train for now and stay away from factions... you will get manhandled until your rocking 1m def :)
Attacking (random) players is acceptable. Just make sure you can live with the consequences when someone decides to call a friend and retaliate.
Alternatively you could do a few dry runs on inactive players before going for actives. Some of them still got lots of leftover cash. It's a waste not to mug them, wouldn't you agree? ;)

Best to train, or mug when attacking.
Attacking randoms is half of the fun. You get to pick who to go for without the worry of being raped by an entire enemy faction. Just be wary of what you are getting into, alot of people run to a higher level friend or spouse and will have them decimate you. I usually attack randoms to leave them for XP, and sometimes I try and find good mugging suspects if I am in need of cash.
If anyone whines at me or gets someone to whine at me on their behalf that makes me want to attack them even more :P
Mug inactive players with medical jobs. Wait until you are at least level 10 to build up stats. The mugging update can give 500k+ per mug (a pretty decent sum for a new player). Mugging even gives some exp, but not as much as leaving.
yes, attack all you want. as a noob you're are trying to gain exp. just don't mug or hosp. leave em on the street. works better for you
its not who you attack it the person who attack you so ther for you shud only attack some one who attack you
This game would be too boring if you only attacked NPC's. I only do random muggings when I am in Chine or UAE to make the most of my energy bar.
Don't forget to take off Stealth ;)

1M defense is a lot for as low of level as the op is. It would be enough to force a stronger enemy to attack them. Of course 1 million stats is really not too much for older players, but for a new player that is a solid wall of defense. If all he had was 1 billion defense I'd beat him though, so would those with over 100 million strength, and a modest bit of speed. But at that point why would I attack him if not for a war hit or an attempted mugging?
