Interesting that there are now events for low respect, is that new? Hopefully cuts down the number of whiners when they lose their cash

How can a faction be destroyed with no attacks and only member offline for months in another country?

All factions lose 1 respect per day - this was introduced in an attempt to remove inactive factions a long time ago.

No, I banked all my cash before I left.

It was just a bank between investments.

Well that is the other thing Ched may have been looking to curb to some degree, but it was more of a side issue - the main one was the huge number of inactive factions at the time.

It kinda sucks that you cash is gone but it is what it is - at least you've got your bank investment (or I assume you still do anyway).

I think he said he banked all his cash (in Torn Bank), so no cash was lost.

I think it has been there for quite some time already, after the initial outcry of players who lost their faction without warning.

I remember when there wasn't even events for when factions were destroyed.

That was introduced after JJ had a firework stand use their special to destroy a little faction called Before Eden.

You lose 1 respect per day, when you reach 0 it goes bye bye.

I do wish it would allow winning factions to "claim" during war despite the losing faction dying in the process.

Hey! That's my faction. Well, what happens when the faction is destroyed. Are all the items gone? Are they given to the leader, or co-leader or something?

On other cases where people sometimes do use it as a perma-bank whilst they're offline - conveniently we now have the Cayman Islands which works well for that, so we should see slightly less faction storage and destruction occurring.
