I used to be able to type my ID (781062) in the search bar at the top and select forum and it would show all the forum posts that I have made, but it doesn't do that anymore. Why has this changed and/or is this feature somewhere else on the site?

You have a few options. You can do what you did, and then click on Forum Posts in your profile to have them all listed.
Or you can click on the part of the search bar that says User's name/ID and change that to forum posts, then enter whatever you're keen to find.
The function has not been taken away, but there was a recent update to the search, which might be what is throwing you off.
