Please remove the anonymous mugging and attacking please. It allows ppl to spam attack other players without consequence, because they can't fight back or post a bounty on their attacker. It is just some cheesy bullshit.

That's the idea.
More then likely the same person won't mug you more then 3-5 then they will move on, if you are getting mug more then that, then there is more then one attacking you.
If you keep getting mugged and they are getting lots of money, you are offline for far too long.
The system is fine, especially after the update. Yes, the initial mug might be a little high, but that's a different issue altogether.

or you know you could get better dex so people dont stealth you as much
as a high dex user i like stealth attacks because it means there is less chance of an enemy faction knowing you are attacking them, making it harder for them to get a retailation bonus
